Issues building SmartBody vs2010

Hello, 

I am trying to build SmartBody VS2010 in release mode but encountering following issues. 

  1. #include <GLES2/gl2.h> this file is required by \core\smartbody\SmartBodyJS\esUtil.cpp and is not present in the package.  Can we use gl.h  or gl2opengl.h present in  (\core\smartbody\sbgui\external\fltk-1.3.2\FL) instead ? 
  2. #include <EGL/egl.h> , this header is also required by the same file, but isnt found in the specified folder or anywhere. 
  3. This snippet is found is \core\smartbody\sbgui\external\fltk-1.3.2\FL\math.h. However it is meant for OS X env.

                 #ifdef fl_math_h_cyclic_include 
                #include "/usr/include/math.h"

                #endif  

              is it viable to replace it with  
              #ifndef WIN32
             #ifdef fl_math_h_cyclic_include
            #include "/usr/include/math.h"
            #endif
           #endif

Which codebase are you using? The trunk only builds for vs2015. There is a vs2010 branch that should still have functioning code for that version of visual studio.
