vhmsgconnect command throws exception

To allow the agents to speak, I am trying to connect to the ActiveMQ server which is successfully running, using the following command sequence:

SmartBody::SBCommandManager sbcom = SBCommandManager();

int n = sbcom.execute("vhmsgconnect");

and also tried this one :

SmartBody::SBVHMsgManager* pVHmng = SmartBody::SBScene::getScene()->getVHMsgManager();
bool success = pVHmng->connect();

But for both the cases, at connect, an exception is getting thrown. The details of exception is as follows:

First-chance exception at 0x752ac54f (KernelBase.dll) in example.exe: Microsoft C++ exception: decaf::util::NoSuchElementException at memory location 0x00c9de90..

Any idea how this can be solved? Are there any examples codes in c++ which uses the tts feature?

Are you using the latest version SmartBody? I have seen that when there is a difference between the activemq dll and the lib.
